Recording member details and membership payments is a vital part of any organization. Keeping members up to date with planned activities and information can take valuable time by limited resources. Understanding who will be attending functions, the cost of catering or providing printed material as well as follow-up information, is also a critical part of a membership based organization.

For the past ten years SDA Tasmania (http://www.sda.org.au) has been managing their member’s data on a system we created in partnership with them. Working with the union over this time, we have been able to keep this system up to date with their specific requirements as they strive to understand their member’s future needs and bring on new services.
