asset management
Asset Management, refers to any system that monitors and maintains things of value to an entity or group or the practice of managing assets to achieve the greatest return, and the process of monitoring and maintaining facilities systems, with the objective of providing the best possible service to users (appropriate for public infrastructure assets) [i].
Over the past sixteen years, in partnership with Peter Moloney of Moloney Asset Management Systems (http://moloneys.com.au/) and pitt&sherry, we have worked closely with councils and asset owners throughout Australia developing Asset Management Systems.
These systems include:
- Inspection scheduling
- Inspection methods required for each asset type (e.g. VicRoads level 1 and 2 inspection methodology for councils based in Victoria)
- Defect recording
- Works management
- Routine maintenance
- Capital works planning
- GIS Modules
- Depreciation modules
- Asset revaluation
- Standard reporting, compliance and the ability to custom build reports
- Document and photo management
Asset Management Systems we have designed:
